All reviews  on Hunting Life are completed by qualified pro staff who are members of Team Hunting Life.  We work hard on our reviews and we we strive to be as fair as possible in our reviews.  Our policy is pretty straight forward we take in products for review, we work extremely hard in our reviews and then we donate the products to conservation organizations.  Some products like clothing, meat grinders, food products and such that are basically unsanitary to donate to conservation organizations will be kept by the pro staff team.

The majority of our reviews will be positive reviews in nature.  We feel that it is detrimental to our readers to publish reviews in which the products are of poor quality.  Now if we run across products that are in the market that we feel are a danger to society and to hunters we will publish that information on our site and we will be very vocal in our opinions.

Reviews of products that are of poor quality will be sent to the manufacturer with the hope that they will change the product to be of best use to the hunting public.

Our reviews of outfitters are very intensive with a tremendous amount of research long before we ever attend any hunting camp.  We choose our outfitters based upon reputation and then we check over 20 references of hunters that have been with that outfitter in the past two years.  We then check with the local wildlife department and any state or providence outfitter boards to make sure the outfitters we are hunting with are legitimate and well regarded operations.  That being said we still have hunts where things go wrong and we know that no matter how well prepared the outfitter  our team only hunts fair chase and no guide or outfitter can control the game.

Our expectations are high and we do our due diligence when researching outfitters and we expect you to do the same.  All reviews are the opinions of our pro staff and we stand by our opinions and the right to share our opinions on this site.  Of course we are always interested in hearing your feedback.

We hope you will find our reviews useful in your pursuit of great gear, rifles and outfitters.
