Longmeadow, MA – Honored American Veterans Afield (HAVA) announces record results from the organization’s 2010 fundraiser. All proceeds will help HAVA in its goal of assisting disabled American veterans with re-integration into civilian life.
The 2010 raffle raised nearly $10,000 from contributions by industry employees and NRA members who responded positively to the HAVA appeal and the chance to win 29 different prizes – including a Yamaha ATV, two Smith & Wesson long guns and other valuable prizes from Leupold & Stevens, Crimson Trace, Hornady and SureFire.
“We are truly grateful by how much people stepped up in tough financial times,” said Tom Taylor, HAVA Chairman. “This tremendous support from our sponsors and contributions from individuals will allow us to increase our support of men and women who have given so much to support our way of life,”
