POMA Welcomes Trent Marsh as Corporate Partner Director to Board of Directors

Well-known industry professional and current Editorial Manager for SPYPOINT, Trent Marsh, was recently voted in as the Corporate Partner Director on the Professional Outdoor Media Association (POMA) Board of Directors. Marsh will begin his term at POMA’s Annual Business Conference June 14-16 in Kalispell, MT.

Marsh has been a part of the shooting sports industry for more than a decade as a marketing professional, content manager, and freelance content creator. He has been an active and participating member of media organizations, including POMA and AGLOW. His experience in the industry as both a corporate marketing representative, and as a freelance writer, give him a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities that exist on both sides of the industry.

“For the last several years, Trent has been very involved in preparing the auction night festivities during POMA’s annual business conference, which is a key income generator for POMA. His dedication to ensuring all things run smoothly and his deep knowledge of our industry partners are big assets to add to our current Board of Directors,” shared Thomas MacAulay, POMA’s Executive Director.

“It’s an honor to be asked to serve on the board of one of the most important organizations in the shooting sports industry,” added Marsh. He continued, “POMA, and the other groups like ALGOW, SEOPA, and numerous state-based organizations are absolutely critical to keeping industry relationships intact and healthy. Not just between the writers, podcasters, radio hosts, photographers, and influencers, but between the corporate members as well. Some of my most valuable and cherished friendships and working relationships in this industry have been born of my time at conferences and events held by POMA and other groups. Any part I can play in keeping the organization healthy and moving in the direction that best supports the membership, I am happy to do,”

The POMA Annual Business Conference consists of three exciting days of educational and networking opportunities. Kalispell will also have suggestions for activities before and after conference to help members make the most of their time in their area. Members are encouraged to register now and book travel early to take advantage of early booking savings.
