The .980-inch diameter straight bull contour weighs only 2 pounds 12 ounces on the 6mm, and one ounce lighter for the 6.5 Creedmoor! Our RPR barrel chambered in 308 Win is even lighter at 2 pounds 9 ounce, even at 24 inches long. The 308 Win is the largest caliber we make for the RPR, with a 1-10 twist for optimum long-range performance. We cut industry-standard 5/8-24 threads on all our Ruger Precision Rifle pre-fit barrels for easy installation of an aftermarket muzzle brake or suppressor.
