Tepui Large Duffle Bag Gear Review

I had the opportunity to test out the Tepui large duffle bag on a recent set of hunts and trips around North America.  I took the bag to Manitoba, out to western Nebraska and on a plane to Las Vegas.  The bag held up extremely well through all of these trips.  It is very well set up and easy to use.  I especially like the way the bag opens.  It holds a ton of gear, but also allows me to see inside while I dig around in it to find what I’m looking for.

The bag is made of a rubberized material that the company describes as high strength polyester canvas coated with a synthetic resin.  I don’t know much about fabrics, but I know this thing is solid.  Tepui uses quality zippers, reinforces the bottom, and places straps in all the right places.  The top of this bag opens in a giant “C” shape which allows me to get in the bag and really dig around in it.  I have a saying about bags: A bag is a bag is a bag.  Until it breaks.  The reality is that the team at Tepui must have been reading my mind.  They built a bag that would be hard to break, rip or destroy anytime soon.  The Tepui bag is priced at $145.00 and if you shop around you might be able to find it under that price.
