Bond Arms® Breaks New Ground with the Anticipated Launch of the LVRB Lever Action Rifle

Born out of discussions during SHOT Show 2019, Bond Arms® is pushing the boundaries with the development of a groundbreaking firearm. The LVRB, generating buzz in the media since its initial announcement, has left consumers eagerly anticipating its arrival.

Crafted by Bond Arms, the LVRB is a lever action rifle designed for .223 Wylde, with plans for future calibers, including 300 BO, 450 Bushmaster, and 350 Legend. Notably, it conveniently accepts standard AR pattern magazines, offering adaptability and modularity akin to the original AR platform. The LVRB boasts easy conversion, allowing it to fire a wide range of common AR calibers.

The designed-for-purpose buttstock is tailored to match an 870 shotgun and perfectly complements a removable and interchangeable upper. This upper utilizes common AR parts in the upper receiver without the need for any modification. The added feature of a rotating bolt enhances safety and security during the firing of contemporary cartridges.

The firearm’s improved ergonomics seamlessly blend with the upgraded short-throw lever system. Additional safety features include cross-bolt and grip safeties, offering an advanced level of security. Personalization is emphasized, allowing users to customize loop preferences and stocks for a perfect fit. The integrated Picatinny rail system on the top of the receiver and handguard accommodates sights, contributing to a streamlined design. Bond Arms has set a new standard by omitting the gas system and positioning the sights closer to the bore in their continuous evolution of the LVRB.

The overall design and function of the LVRB represent a significant undertaking, requiring a literal reinvention of the wheel. Developing a short-throw lever capable of handling long cartridges while feeding from a standard capacity (30-round) magazine presented challenges, leading to new patent filings and multiple redesigns.

For those eagerly anticipating its release, the LVRB is scheduled to be available in Spring 2024, promising an exciting addition to the firearm landscape. Bond Arms invites enthusiasts and industry professionals alike to witness the evolution of firearms technology with the introduction of the LVRB Lever Action Rifle.

Originally organized under the name Texas Armory, the company became incorporated as Bond Arms in 1995 with the idea that the Remington Model 95 over-under, single-action derringer could be converted from an Old West anachronism into a modern & reliable handgun. The barrel and frame were redesigned to safely fire modern calibers & the entire handgun is constructed entirely from stainless steel. This makes for a pistol that’s both strong and durable.
