Breaker Flashlight by Coast

The Coast Breaker is a rugged, professional-grade LED flashlight designed for demanding environments and emergency situations. With its impact-resistant construction and powerful beam, it’s positioned as a reliable tool for both everyday carry and critical situations. It’s also a heavy, solid light that you can literally break things with like the window of your car should you need to get out of the car in an emergency situation. I have had the Breaker Flashlight in Stainless Steel for about a month or so now and it is just as handy as can be.

This is a solid flashlight, it would not be the flashlight that I would quickly add to my hunting pack, there are far too many other great lights from Coast that can work for your hunting pack like the RL35R headlamp which is far lighter and has voice command allowing you to turn it on and off by saying “Coast On” or “Coast off”. The RL35R is as cool as it gets for a headlamp and it’s perfect for that use as well as any camping or hiking where you want a quality headlamp. However the Breaker from Coast is a different light all together. It offers heft and weight and it recharges allowing you to keep it charged when needed and not have to worry about batteries.

This is the flashlight I want in my car and on my nightstand because it gives me some weight in my hand should I need it. It also offers me the ability to fine tune the beam of the flashlight quickly and easily from a pin point beam to a wide flood. It is an investment at close to $100.00. There are cheaper lights on the market but you get what you pay for when you look at a cheaper flashlight and when you feel this light you will quickly understand what I mean. This light has five modes of brightness and a quick look at the tail cap will easily tell you what mode you are in. It also has a charge level indicator allowing you to plan out your use and showing you when you need to charge up. You have the ability to direct charge and you can always switch to a 3 AAA battery option with this flashlight.
