Changing Bond Arms barrels is a straightforward task for any double barrel handgun owner to do. Remove the barrel retaining pin using the supplied hex-key, swap barrels to the desired choice, and reinstall the pin. It only takes a few moments to switch out barrels. The hardest part is deciding which accessory barrel is best.
Bond uses stainless steel for all its barrels. They wanted a strong and durable material to handle high-pressure handgun cartridges. Barrels chambered for rimmed cartridges like .357Mag use extractors while rimless cartridges like 9mm do not.
