Hydra Weaponry Exhibiting at SHOT Show® 2024
Revolutionary new products and a special SHOT Show® promotion for qualified dealers will be unveiled at Booth 40420 at the SHOT Show in Las Vegas, Nevada, Jan. 23 – 26, 2024.
Hydra Weaponry, designers and manufacturers of the truly modular MARCK-15 Hydra® Weapon System, will be exhibiting new products in Booth 40420 at the SHOT Show 2024 held at the Venetian Expo & Caesars Forum in Las Vegas, Nevada, between Jan. 23 – 26, 2024. Hydra Weaponry will also be offering a SHOT Show promotion for qualified dealers in attendance.
“We are excited to be exhibiting at SHOT Show once again,” Mack Gwinn III, Owner of Hydra Weaponry, commented. “We have undergone significant growth, expanding operations with more CNC machines and additional shifts, as well as growing our team. We are looking forward to connecting with our dealer and media friends, showcasing our new products, and exploring collaborative opportunities during the show.”
New products on display at Booth 40420 will be the HYDRA Weaponry AR10 .308 Modular Rifle and the HYDRA AR-LC 5.56 (California and New York compliant) Modular Rifle. The Hydra AR-LC ultra-compliant modular rifle is a clip-fed (from top) bolt action style with a solid bottom, low-capacity magwell, and manual pull charging handle. In addition, Mack Gwinn Jr.’s paradigm-shifting Bushmaster Arm Pistol from the 1970s has been revolutionized for the 21st century as the BMP-23.
The BMP-23 is the 5.56m pistol that Gwinn Jr. would have built if he had today’s CNC machinery and technologically advanced materials. The AK47-type gas piston design pistol with an A2 grip is composed of lightweight aluminum and steel construction, coming in at 5.2 lbs. The chrome-moly barrel is 11.5.” The BMP-23 features integral iron sights and a unique 40-degree swivel design that allows it to switch from right to left-hand operation.
Hydra Weaponry is offering a special promotion to attending dealers at the SHOT Show. To qualify for entry, a dealer must have a valid FFL and have their SHOT Show exhibitor badge scanned by a Hydra Weaponry booth staff member. After the show, Hydra Weaponry will randomly choose one lucky dealer to win a HYDRA® Marck-15 7.62×39 modular rifle with the Transforming Handguard. The value of the award is $1,400, which the winning dealer can sell through their FFL or keep for themselves.
The prize modular rifle, the Hydra® Marck-15 7.62×39, is built on a Hydra modular lower receiver with a 7.62×39 or AK-47 magazine well with an AK mag and the Hydra Quick Change Barrel Upper Receiver (QCB-D). It includes a 7.62×39 barrel with a low-profile gas block, the Hydra modified bolt carrier with an MGI-enhanced 7.62×39 bolt and firing pin, a Hydra D-Fender D-Ring, and a B5 systems stock and pistol grip. To convert this system to any of the ever-growing systems, all that is needed is a change of barrel, bolt, and mag well of the desired caliber (caliber conversion kits available).
The SHOT Show is owned by NSSF®, the Firearm Industry Trade Association, and is restricted to the shooting, hunting, and outdoor professionals and commercial buyers and sellers of military, law enforcement, and tactical products and services ONLY. The SHOT Show is not open to the general consuming public (e.g., private visitors, hunters, sport shooters, members of hunting and sport shooting clubs, etc.). Proof of professional affiliation is required.
