New Culinary Experiences Await on “Taste of the Wild” Block Monday Nights on Outdoor Channel

Tune-in Mondays Beginning at 7 p.m. ET for New Episodes from “Feral” and “DeadMeat”

DENVER (December 4, 2023) – The “Taste of the Wild” block of programming Monday nights on Outdoor Channel continues to surprise and delight viewers with its cutting edge culinary craft influencers, with Mike Robinson, Mario Kalpou, Scott Leysath, Yia Vang and Daniel Vitalis.

Featuring a lineup of renowed wild fish and game chefs, “Taste of the Wild” savors the finer things in life: to hunt, to fish and to eat. Each show promises viewers a unique journey blending the thrill of outdoor adventure with the art of cooking.

Wild Game Masterclass – 7 p.m. ET – English restaurateur and hunter Mike Robinson is one of Britain’s most prominent game chefs, and he co-owns the only pub in Britain with a prestigious Michelin-star. This seriesis a step-by-step guide to cooking amazing restaurant-style dishes from start to finish. Mike cooks in easy to follow stages in his new kitchen at ‘The Woodsman’ Restaurant. With the help of fellow Chefs, he also shares the professional methods and tips to help viewers at home elevate their wild game cooking into truly Michelin-caliber food.

Man Eats Wild – 7:30 p.m. ET – Follow hardcore adventurer and award-winning restaurateur Mario Kalpou on an amazing journey across the globe harvesting wild food in the most extreme environments.

Steven Rinella of MeatEater (8 p.m. ET) makes everything look good. As a hunter, well-known author, cook and conservationist, Rinella treks into the world’s most remote, beautiful regions, bringing game meat from field to table.

Nick’s Wild Ride with Nick Hoffman (8:30 p.m. ET) – Nick Hoffman travels the world in search of interesting game, people, culture, history, food, and drink.

Feral – 9 p.m. ET – There are thousands of feral animal species around the world – and most of them are delicious. From wild hog hunting to silver carp fishing, adventure-loving culinary explorer Yia Vang is ready to chase, kill, cook and eat all the crazy creatures that have overstayed their welcome.

Dead Meat – 9:30 p.m. ET – Chef Scott Leysath searches the globe for some of the critters less hunted, cooked and consumed in Season 7 of the popular series, which takes place entirerly in South America.
