Operator Club, LLC is the parent company of Operator Coffee, a Veteran owned and veteran and first responder supporting brand of craft roasted small batch premium coffee products. Operator Club, LLC was founded in 2018, when US Air Force Veteran Casey and his wife Sara Betzold purchased the Operator Coffee brand from a fellow USAF Veteran and his wife. The original founders had a vision for a social gathering club where Veterans could come together and through that fellowship allow struggling Veterans to re-engage with others and ideally reduce the nearly 22 per day suicide rate among our service men and women. Over the past 5 years, Casey and Sara have worked to carry the brand forward, starting with a premium small batch roast line of Operator Coffee. The parent entity, Operator Club, LLC provides a platform to generate the social club concept as a HQ for the company but also a coffee roastery, coffee shop and tasting room where we can serve our local community of Veterans as well as extend to our local First Responders.
The Operator Coffee brand is a tribute brand, focused on supporting our Veterans and First Responders, and paying tribute to the American Operator, those who get up every day and enter the grind of life to support themselves, their families, communities and this great nation. With tribute roasts for our active military, veterans, police, firefighters, as well as farmers, nurses, and truck drivers and more planned, Operator Coffee provides a great coffee to resonate with everyone. The coffee line provides options of light, medium, and dark roasts, as well as flavored, decaf, and espresso. They also provide hot chocolate as well as a growing line of merchandise. The company uses American made products and packaging wherever possible. Our roasts today benefit two great nonprofit partners to include OATH Inc, a Texas based but nationally expanded Veteran nonprofit focused on getting Veterans out on hunts, fishing trips, and fellowship including a great TV show on Pursuit Channel called The Ultimate OATH. The other nonprofit partner is Firefighters for Healing, based out of MN, and have raised funds to build a family center near the child burn unit to allow families to stay at reduced to no cost near their family members receiving care in the burn unit.
In 2023, Operator Club, LLC opened a roasting location in Nampa, ID, and within a few months outgrew their space and moved to Caldwell, ID, where they are providing roast to order services for the surrounding community, coffee shops, and more while also supplying clients nationwide. Operator Club plans to expand within its existing location at 424 E Elgin St. in Caldwell, to add a tasting room and small retail space, to build out the whole of the first ever Operator Club.
Operator Coffee can provide white label coffee services for those who may want to start their own brand, provide design support for packaging and supply chain assistance, as well as bulk roast for coffee shops or other brewhouse needs, or supply great roast to order beans in whole bean or ground right to your door both locally and nationally. They provide a great monthly subscription program at their website www.operatorcoffee.com. A plan is already being formed for a grand opening of The Operator Club in 2024.
