Outdoor Channel Features Authentic Storytelling Programming

Outdoor Channel, with shows – and hosts – featuring stunning scenery and dynamic personalities, keep viewers on the edge of their seats. This summer, tune into Jim Shockey’s Shock Therapy, The Seahunter, Spear Life and MCMILLAN.

  • Jim Shockey’s Shock Therapy  (Sundays, 6:30 p.m. ET) Jim Shockey’s Shock Therapy takes a deep dive into a 25-year archive of what is some of the best hunting and adventure footage ever filmed by Shockey and crew. During the show, Shockey and his guests will tell all, with uncut and unplugged footage from Shockey’s most pulse-pounding adventures in the wild. Viewers will go behind-the-scenes to learn the “rest of the story.” 
  • The Seahunter (Saturdays, 10:30 a.m. ET) – Captain Rob Fordyce of the Voo-Doo Daddy takes viewers saltwater fishing in unique and beautiful destinations as he teaches light tackle fishing techniques inshore and offshore.
  • Spear Life (Saturdays, 12:30 p.m. ET) – Spear Life is an unscripted documentary series following Jon Brunson and his two lifelong friends, Gary Zumwalt and Coby Treasure, as they travel the globe searching for the best beach towns to have some fun and snag fish big enough to be on any spear fisher’s bucket list.
  • MCMILLAN (Mondays, 10:30 p.m. ET) – A hilarious, yet very real glimpse into the life of outfitter, guide, rancher, hunter, farmer and family man – Tom McMillan.
