Relentless Arctic Cat Racers Continue To Chase History

(THIEF RIVER FALLS, MN March 3, 2026) – As the calendar flips to March, Team Arctic and its cadre of racers continue their aggressive pursuit of individual class victories, podium finishes and points championships across multiple racing disciplines.
In cross-country racing, Arctic Cat racer Zach Herfindahl currently sits first in Pro Open season points and second in Pro Factory 600 after another strong weekend on the Cor Powersports circuit. The popular Wisconsin racer opened the weekend with a hard-fought second-place finish in Pro Open at the Leech Lake 200 laketop race in Walker, Minnesota, on Saturday. On Sunday, Herfindahl battled his way up to sixth place, and stayed within striking distance of the top spot in the points standings. His momentum follows a dramatic second-place finish in the grueling Goodridge/Grygla I-500 in mid-February.
Other Arctic Cat racers also found success at the Leech Lake 200. Team Arctic’s Keagen Houser charged to victory in the Semi Pro Improved Stock class. Rielly Clark similarly claimed the top spot in Sport Improved Stock, where he was chased to the finish line by fellow Arctic Cat racer Kyle Quesenberry. In fact, Team Arctic racers captured four of the top five positions in the class. Quesenberry also earned second in Sport Stock. Meanwhile, Arctic Cat racers Kynsie Diesen, Bryden Diesen and Eric Nymann continued their domination of select support classes.
Team Arctic racers were also claiming multiple podiums at the Adirondack XC event in Pittsburg, New Hampshire. Among the many notable podium finishes by Team Arctic racers were Adam Levi and TJ Leach finishing second and third in Pro Factory 600; Ken Murphy and Adam Levi taking second and third in Pro Open; Thomas Levi and Michael Young second and third in Semi Pro Factory 600; and Jason Whitaker earning a victory in the Masters class along with a third in Trail Novice.
Arctic Cat racers were also collecting trophies in the West, including Kyle Tapio’s two podium finishes in the Masters division in the Rocky Mountain Snowmobile Hillclimb Association season-opener in Idaho.
“All across the Snowbelt, our racers and their teams are on the gas, chasing constant improvement and checkered flags at the same time,” said Mike Kloety, Team Arctic Race Manager. “The only thing more impressive than their results is their dedication.”
More exciting race action is on the schedule for coming weeks – including the ERX Snocross National March 6-7 at Elk River, Minnesota, where select 2027 Arctic Cats will be on display. Other 2027 Arctic Cats models will be on display March 6-7 at the SnoFest in Old Forge, New York. Get out and cheer on Team Arctic as its racers continue to make memories and chase history in the pursuit of an even better tomorrow.
