This Week on HSCF’s “Hunting Matters” Radio & Podcast:Talking Turkeys With Annie Farrell, District Biologist, National Wild Turkey Federation

Houston Safari Club Foundation (HSCF) and “Hunting Matters” welcomes Annie Farrell, District Biologist (TX, OK, KS, & NE) for the National Wild Turkey Federation.

NWTF is a conservation non-profit dedicated to the conservation of the wild turkey and preservation of our hunting heritage. Farrell has been with NWTF since 2017 and oversees conservation program delivery in Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas and Nebraska. 

Prior to her career with NWTF, she worked various technician jobs with universities and consulting firms in Georgia, Wyoming, and Louisiana. She was born and raised in Georgia and received degrees from University of Georgia (B.S.F.R.) and Mississippi State University (M.S.) where she studied wild turkeys. She currently lives in East Texas with her husband, Chris, twin one-year old daughters, and yellow lab, Otter.
