These new TORIC Spotting Scopes feature TRACT’s advanced UHD (Ultra High Definition) optical system comprised of industry-leading SCHOTT HT (High Transmission) glass and ED (Extra Low Dispersion) lens, giving customers sharp, bright images that rival the performance of other scopes in its class. The new TORIC UHD 65mm Spotting Scope comes with a 22-45x zoom eyepiece in either Angled and Straight versions and has a direct-to-consumer price of $1,294.00. The New Straight version of the 27-55×80 Spotting Scope shares the same direct price with the Angled version introduced in 2021 at $1,494.

Designed to be best in class, the TORIC UHD Spotting Scopes incorporate cutting-edge technology and features normally found in products costing hundreds of dollars more. From the SCHOTT HT (High Transmission) glass to the apochromatic optical system with an ED lens, they are designed to provide superior detail resolution and light transmission with exceptional edge-to-edge clarity while virtually eliminating color fringing found in many high-magnification optics. Other standard features include fully multicoated lenses and prisms for incredible light transmission, flat multicoating to maximize light transmission over a wide spectrum of light, phase correction coating for better contrast, color reproduction, and sharper resolution; oil-phobic coated lenses, purged with argon gas for ultimate water and fog proofing, wide field of view (FOV) and long eye relief.
Available Eyepiece Options
TRACT also offers 22x and 30x (18x and 25x respectively with the 65mm versions) Spotting Scope Eyepieces with an MRAD reticle as great options for long-range shooters. They feature an offset reticle that does not obscure the field of view while allowing precise target measurement and follow-up shot correction. They also sport an extremely long eye relief, putting less strain on the spotter’s eye. The reticle grid provides larger hash marks every 1 MRAD and .5 MRAD, as well as smaller hash marks every .2 MRAD. This allows for accurate range estimation and visuals for elevation and windage correction.
SCHOTT HT Glass
The latest model adds industry-leading SCHOTT HT glass for the highest level of light transmission values, especially in the blue and violet spectrum, with outstanding color brilliance and superior image resolution quality particularly in low light conditions. A flat multicoating increases light transmission over a wider spectrum of light (from 400-700nm) with the highest increase in transmission values in the green color range.
