Vegas Shoot 2022- Easton Shooters Sweep the Return to Archery

The Vegas Shoot 2022, the 57th edition of the iconic event, saw 3000 archers return to live archery, and an unbelievable performance for Team Easton, taking every championship title in the premier recurve and compound categories.

A young group of archers stole the show in Vegas and look to remain in the mix for years to come. 14-year-old Liko Arreola of Hawaii captured her second straight Championship Women’s Compound title. Liko used the Easton SuperDrive 25 arrows.

Celebrating his birthday over the weekend, 15-year-old Bodie Turner of Washington took home the $50,000 Open Championship prize. Bodie used the Easton SuperDrive 27 arrows.

17-year-old Casey Kaufhold dominated in Championship Women’s Recurve with the Easton X10 to add a Vegas title to her budding list of achievements.

It was a tour de force of youth – but, there was also yet another Vegas title for the world’s #1 ranked recurve male, Brady Ellison, who took the win in Championship Men’s Recurve. Brady used the Easton X7.

Easton Marketing Director Gary Cornum expressed his admiration for the young shooters, saying “For more than half of our company’s century-long history, Easton has been a partner of the Vegas Shoot, and we’re proud of the way this event has given scholarships to young shooters, and helped bring the excitement of archery to every corner of the world”.

Easton congratulates all of the approximate 3000 shooters returning to The Vegas Shoot and is proud to have supported the event for 57 years in a row. For more information on Easton Arrows, visit  www.EastonArchery.com or visit your local authorized Easton dealer.
