Throughout the course of his career, Pearce has served as Product Manager and Product Engineer for many top-level firearms companies in the industry. He has a strong track record in overseeing product development from initial conception through production, with experience in managing teams and project timelines. Pearce’s deep understanding of product management in the industry positions him to have an immediate impact at SDS Arms.
