The expanded organizational structure will enable increased cross-training, additional backup coverage and faster response times, enhancing service consistency across all Polar King brands. Additionally, the restructure ensures comprehensive service for multiple parts of a kitchen, from Polar King walk-in refrigerated and freezer units to Thermodyne’s innovative cooking equipment.
Polar King Director of Engineering and Refrigeration Kevin Wilson says, “By bringing the service and parts team members from Polar King, Polar Leasing and Thermodyne together under one group, we are creating a stronger, more collaborative team to better support our customers.”
Max Tippmann will manage the expanded service and parts team, transitioning from his role as leader of the refrigeration department.
