Big Bite Introduces Thresher Worm

Irving, TX – The all-new Thresher Worm from Big Bite Baits is a drop shot bait that can do so much more. Featuring a short, stubby body with a long tail, the 4″ Thresher Worm is based on a design from Big Bite pro Chris Noffsinger.

“I wanted a worm that was truly multi-purpose,” explains Noffsinger, a longtime Michigan guide and pro. “I wanted the tail to provide a lot of action to imitate dying bait. It shines on a drop shot, but it can be Neko or Ned rigged as well. I designed it prior to Forward Facing Sonar, but it’s also killer on a minnow head.”

Especially effective on smallmouth, the Thresher Worm’s name is derived from a trip to the Bahamas years ago. “I was on vacation and was watching Thresher sharks swim around,” says Noffsinger. “Their giant tails gave off incredible action, and it’s just something that stuck.”

The Thresher Worm is available in 8 proven Big Bite colors and comes 10 per pack. Available now at your favorite fishing retailer.
