Recognized for Commitment to Second Amendment
UVALDE, TX – (February 3, 2021) – DC Project Founder Dianna Muller was honored at the 2021 Gundie Awards hosted by Forge Relations at the Ox Ranch in Uvalde, TX, on January 22, 2021. The first-ever Jerry Miculek Achievement Award was presented to Muller to recognize her integrity and commitment to the Second Amendment and the Constitution. The annual Gundie Awards recognize outstanding influencers on social media, YouTube, and personalities within the firearms industry.
The Jerry Miculek Achievement Award is given by Jerry himself to the person of his choice who is an exemplary pinnacle in the gun community. This individual must hold dear the values of the Second Amendment and the Constitution and carry themselves with integrity. According to Miculek, “Dianna represents all of us with her dedication to 2A advocacy. Across the gun community and our country, we all win because of her efforts to educate lawmakers and encourage 2A activism through the DC Project organization.”
“To have the greatest shooter in the world recognize the work of the DC Project is pretty awesome!” says Muller. “I am honored to accept this award, but need to give a shout-out to all of the women who make this effort effective! I certainly don’t do it by myself.”
Muller launched the DC Project in 2015 to gather one woman from every state in Washington, DC, to create relationships with legislators. Today, the foundation includes hundreds of women who advocate on national and state levels.
