MEMPHIS, Tenn. Jan. 6, 2021 Ducks Unlimited (DU) and Everyday Outdoors are proud to announce a new strategic partnership with the release of the Ducks Unlimited Barrel Band collection. DU members, supporters, and outdoor enthusiasts can show their dedication to waterfowling and our hunting heritage by wearing rings cut directly from shotgun barrels.
“We are thankful to partner with such a well-respected organization that has a long history dedicated to conserving the outdoors,” said Jesse Larson, co-creator of Barrel Band. Our goal from the beginning was to partner with DU to help preserve the cherished wetlands for ducks and the everyday enthusiast.”
Each ring will be decorated with DU’s iconic duck head logo, and buyers can personalize each piece with dates or text.
Earned royalties from each Barrel Band purchase will directly benefit DU’s highest-priority landscapes.
“Thanks to this new partnership, DU and Everyday Outdoors will accomplish great strides in protecting and preserving the outdoors for generations to come,” said Jonathan Wilson, co-creator of Barrel Band.
The Barrel Band was created by two friends with a deep passion for the outdoors. Larson and Wilson were dissatisfied with the options available in the wedding band market. Together, they created a product they loved which represented who they were from an outdoor lifestyle perspective. The shotgun barrel represents their passion for wingshooting and provides an item that could quickly identify their love of the outdoors.
