iSportsman Hires New Director of Capture and Proposal Development
VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. – ASciS, the developer of the software used to support iSportsman, the nation’s leading outdoor recreational management software solution with a heavy presence serving the federal sector, has tapped Lisa Fritsch for the newly created position of Director of Capture and Proposal Development. Fritsch is a seasoned business development professional with extensive federal contract capture experience.
Fritsch has 25-plus years of experience in capture planning and proposal development for federal contractors both large and small. At ASciS, Fritsch plans on focusing on creating effective capture and teaming strategies that will enable both iSportsman and ASciS to present winning bids and capture more state and federal contracts, facilitating solution development by identifying potential proposal opportunities and integrating results into winning bids.
Fritsch is a Subject Manner Expert (SME) in federal contract management, small business participation, pricing subcontracting plans, mentor-protégé arrangements and Small Business Administration (SBA) programs. Having served as a contracts manager for Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR), Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) policies, and Service Contract Act (SCA) requirements.

Throughout her career, Fritsch has leveraged her knowledge of capture and proposal development to lead and support collaborative teams across a wide range of business areas including engineering, environmental consulting, IT, facilities management, intelligence, healthcare, physical security, telecommunications and related technical fields. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Dickinson College and dual Master of Arts degrees in Ibero-American Studies and Spanish from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. As Director of Capture and Proposal Development at ASciS, Fritsch will use her experience and expertise to support all corporate business development initiatives. The expansion of the ASciS and iSportsman team is reflective of the continuing effort to offer not only recreational software as a service but a wide array of modern technical solutions for land and activity management, natural resources project management and more.
