The Original Muck Boot Company, dedicated to building footwear that is 100 percent MUCKPROOF™ (remarkably protective, exceptionally comfortable and totally waterproof), announces new innovations focused on the active outdoor segment for its Fall ’22 collection, including Muck’s new Thermo Regulating Fleece technology. The Fall ’22 line will feature an expansion of its high-endurance Apex product offering, as well as athletic, lower cut options of popular styles – the Woody Sport Ankle and the Arctic Sport II Ankle.
Muck Boots’ new Thermo Regulating Fleece (TR Fleece) is a warm, plush fleece utilizing a unique cross-section yarn that wicks away moisture up to 33 percent more efficiently than a standard synthetic fleece, maintaining a comfortable temperature range for the wearer. The revolutionary open fiber technology incorporates a Spandex and quick-drying polyester construction that is abrasion resistant and antimicrobial. Styles that will feature a TR Fleece lining in the Fall ’22 collection include the Apex Pro 16” and Apex PAC.

MUCK APEX PRO 16” & APEX PAC
The Apex Pro 16” and the Apex PAC are the newest offerings in Muck’s highest-performance outdoor boot collection. The Apex PAC features Muck’s signature Muckskin flexible neoprene outer layer with abrasion-resistant TPU for performance and versatility, as well as TR Fleece insulation and a new adjustable strap closure for a tailored fit. As with all Muck Boots, the Apex PAC is 100 percent waterproof. A dual-density footbed, bioDEWIX™ footbed insert with NZYM™ odor control and moisture management, lightweight EVA midsole and lugged rubber outsole for durable, all-terrain traction round out the Apex PAC’s performance elements.
The Apex Pro 16” boot is the evolution of the Apex Pro, built for active outdoor pursuits from high endurance hunting to long days working or adventuring in the coldest/harshest conditions. The Apex Pro 16” features 3 inches of increased shaft height over the Apex Pro, ergonomically placed, hand-laid, vulcanized rubber in areas that provide protection without adding unnecessary weight, TR Fleece performance insulation, as well as Vibram’s Arctic Grip All Terrain with Traction Lug that improves grip and traction on loose surfaces by up to 25 percent. Available in Black/Grey, and Bark with Realtree EDGE™ Camo, the Apex Pro 16” is 100 percent waterproof and offers a dual-density footbed with Memory Foam, bioDEWIX™ footbed insert with NZYM™ odor control and moisture management, lightweight EVA midsole, and 5mm Neoprene bootie for comfort and performance.
The Woody Sport Ankle was inspired by years of studying how Muck boots are worn, utilizing a new upper on Muck’s traditional Woody Sport outsole. The new ankle height boot features a 100 percent waterproof, 100 percent MUCKPROOF insulated upper for keeping the wearer dry and comfortable all day long. The Woody Sport’s rugged rubber outsole provides exceptional traction and wearer confidence on various terrain, whether it be mud, slush or snow. Available in men’s Dark Gray, Dark Brown and Moss Green.
Designed for some of the coldest conditions out there, the Arctic Sport II Ankle for women is crafted from Muck’s traditional hand-laid rubber and its Muckskin technology to reduce weight and increase flexibility and comfort. The printed rubber coating over neoprene is 100 percent waterproof and MUCKPROOF, as well as abrasion resistant, while the new ankle height allows for an easy on/off experience for every cold, wet chore. Available in Trooper Blue, Olive and Gray.
The new Marshland boot for men is made for a wide variety of hunting pursuits, providing superior traction and comfort. Featuring Realtree MAX-5® camo, these boots are 100 percent waterproof and MUCKPROOF with a breathable mesh lining along with 5mm neoprene bootie for all-day comfort and performance. The Marshland’s self-cleaning MS-1 lug outsole is the perfect match for mud and snow, as well as dirt.
Muck’s Originals is a collection of light-duty yet essential footwear inspired by its iconic Chore boot. For Fall ’22, the collection is expanded with the Originals Tall 11-inch boot for women. Crafted from Muck’s hand-laid rubber, the Originals Tall can be folded over and worn at multiple heights for versatility as temperatures change throughout the day. Muckskin technology has been added to provide 100 percent waterproof protection and abrasion resistance, while a molded PU footbed with a layer of memory foam and a bioDEWIX footbed insert for moisture management provides additional wearer comfort. Available in Walnut with a breathable mesh lining for air circulation, as well as in Dark Brown and Black with a soft, light-weight fleece lining.
