I commend the founder’s vision for the National Wild Turkey Federation and applaud the continued partnership of local and national leaders over the past 50 years to make the restoration of the wild turkey one of America’s greatest success stories…”

Over the last six years, the state chapter has successfully conserved or enhanced more than 96,500 acres of wildlife habitat, with an additional 3,500 acres made accessible for hunting across the state.

The NWTF policy team and its volunteer leadership continue to work with state legislatures across the country to influence legislation aimed at bolstering collaborative efforts to conserve the wild turkey and preserve our hunting heritage.
