Lyons Falls, NY: Otis Technology is proud to announce the 2019 customer of the year awards. These awards were presented at the 2020 SHOT Show in Las Vegas, Nevada. Scheels was named customer of the year for the U.S. market and TBM Technisch Bur. H.A. Muller B.V. was named distributor of the year for the international market.
Otis recognized Scheels as the 2019 Customer of the Year. Tom Knudtson, Director of Commercial Sales for Otis Technology presented the award to Scheels and stated, “I’d like to congratulate Scheel’s as the Otis customer of the year. Through a true team effort, the Scheel’s team has worked with the Otis team to come up with a program that benefits both companies. Otis also recognized TBM Technisch Bur. H.A. Muller B.V. as 2019 Distributor of the Year for the international market. The award was presented by Brad McIntyre, Vice President of Government & International Sales for Otis Technology. He commented, “we’ve seen consistent year over year growth with TBM and they have been a top international partner for Otis.” He continued, “they’ve been integral in the inclusion of Otis products in various international contracts.”
