Product Test – Wolverine Oxford Durashocks
Over the last couple of years I have been testing gear and we have had ample opportunity to test several items from Wolverine Boots and Shoes. Over that time, I have not had a single product that I have been unhappy with. Wolverine is an American company that produces great products for Americans in factories, in the office and in the field. Their boots and shoes have been worn by Americans since 1883 and when I get an article to test for them, I cannot help but to be a little excited.
Testing out the Oxford Durashocks has been no different. Wearing these shoes for the last week has been absolutely fantastic. The Durashocks Comfort Technology is comfortable, these shoes are attractive and incredibly well made. It is nice to know they are made here in America.
The soles on these shoes are non-marking, oil resistant and slip resistant. They are also well laid out with a soft grip that looks like it is going last very well and hold up to daily use. The leather is soft, dark and the seams are all double stitched and look very good. The tongue lays flat against the foot and the laces slide well and are easy to tie.
The measure of a great shoe is one that is going to hold up and last a good long time. These shoes over a week of use were comfortable from the moment that I put them on and they are just as comfortable today. I expect them to be on my feet in the office wearing a tie(which I try to do as little as possible), out to dinner with the family or working all day at a conservation banquet. Log on to the Wolverine website and order yourself a pair of these great shoes and let your feet relish in great American quality and comfort.
