Kauffman became Regional Representative of Region 25 (Pennsylvania) in 2005 where he has led significant SCI statewide initiatives such as developing regional funding programs, the first-ever Pennsylvania legislative sportsmen caucus event, and unprecedented hunter advocacy program on state legislative issues.
Kauffman is also active in SCI at the national level where he has served on the National Fundraising, Finance, Long Range Planning, Matching Grants, Marketing and Nominating Committees.
