Tucson, Ariz. (January 2023) – Spartan Armor Systems®, manufacturers of American-designed and made body armor, tactical gear, and targets, will be exhibiting at the 2023 SHOT Show® at The Venetian Expo and Caesars Forum in Las Vegas, Nevada, Jan. 17 – 20, 2023 in Booth 43360. Spartan Armor Systems will have on display its line of American-made body armor and tactical gear for attendees to view.
The SHOT Show is the world’s most comprehensive trade show for professionals involved with the shooting sports, hunting, outdoor, law enforcement, and armed forces industries. This year’s show in both The Venetian Expo and Caesars Forum will offer unique opportunities for attendees to experience the best in firearms, ammunition, law enforcement, cutlery, outdoor apparel, optics, and other related products and services first-hand.

Spartan Armor Systems will be featuring its new Hercules Lite RF2 Level III+/RF2 rated armor plate, offering balanced protection and performance in a standalone plate. It is engineered to stop M80 BALL as well as advanced non-armor piercing threats, namely M855. The Hercules Lite provides full edge-to-edge coverage in a SAPI medium 9.5×12.5 in. design, weighing in at just 4 lbs. per plate with a 1 in. thickness.
Also on display at its booth will be theHercules Level IV body armor plate, rated to stop armor-piercing rifle rounds up to .30-06 M2 AP, as well as the Hercules Xtreme Level IV ceramic body armor plate, Spartan Armor System’s toughest and lightest level IV plate yet. With a boron carbide strike face and UHMWPE backer, the Hercules Xtreme Level IV is a military-grade plate that has been laboratory tested and proven to defeat 3-4 impacts of .30-06 M2AP armor-piercing rounds.
Spartan Armor Systems is also pleased to launch its new OEM program at SHOT Show. Its vertical integration allows for fast prototyping and quick go-to-market solutions for all levels of body armor with minimal lead times, even for large orders. Spartan Armor Systems’ turn-key solution also includes product photography and the necessary product information to quickly launch eCommerce products. All Spartan Armor Systems’ body armor products are proudly made in the U.S.A. in its Tucson, Arizona facility.
