SWAROVSKI OPTIK N.A. Announces New CEO for the Americas

Cranston, Rhode Island – SWAROVSKI OPTIK NORTH AMERICA, a subsidiary of the Austrian company, announces Roland Wolff as new CEO.
Roland will be responsible for the entire operational management and strategic development of business activities in the Americas. Albert Wannenmacher, who has headed the Americas business since 2007 and worked for SWAROVSKI OPTIK for a total of 36 years, ended his operational activities on July 31, 2025.
Roland Wolff, born in Germany, studied business administration in Bremen and brings many years of experience in the management of a traditional premium optics brand to his new role. He is a proven specialist for the American market. For 17 years, Roland held various management positions for Leica Camera North America, in the areas of corporate retail and e-comm, marketing, business development and go-to-market. Most recently, he successfully built up the local market for three years as General Manager of Latin America. Prior to joining SWAROVSKI OPTIK, Roland was General Manager and VP of Operations North America at Harlowe Lighting, where he was responsible for all business development in North America, from supply chain optimization to the successful implementation of marketing and sales strategies.
